HIFISTAY Stella 100 Triple Swing Isolation Footers

The Stella 100 Triple Swing (Stella100T) is HIFISTAY's flagship spike-shoe isolation footer, part of the brand's Galaxia Series. It's the largest, highest-performing footer in the Stella "Swing" lineup (which ranges from 60mm to 100mm diameter shoes), and is designed for use under heavy floorstanding loudspeakers. It's roughly on par with — slightly higher than — the Reference-series Ballerino 88 Triple Swing shoes.

Construction & technology:

  • Four-layer composite pyramid structure (Triple Swing = 4 layers, vs. 3 for Double Swing), each layer moving independently via a hardened zirconia ceramic ball
  • Built from high-density stainless steel rather than aluminum/Duralumin (roughly 2.5x the specific gravity), which HIFISTAY says adds density and stability to the midrange
  • Horizontal "swing" pyramid geometry rather than a vertical structure — the shoe moves side-to-side to dissipate vibration energy, similar in principle to a tuned mass damper
  • Low center of gravity by design
  • Non-magnetic materials throughout
  • Recessed, concave top cap accepts an existing speaker spike directly; threaded/custom adapters are also available for a rigid connection
